At The Florida Mobile Notary, we provide full-service notary and apostille solutions across the great metropolitan region of Miami — including the Miami, Hialeah, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach.
Whether you're at home, at work, or in the hospital, our mission is simple:
Professional notarization when and where you need it.
A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to your location to notarize your documents. Instead of you going to an office, they meet you at your home, workplace, hospital, or any agreed location.
It’s convenient, especially for busy professionals, the elderly, or anyone who can’t travel easily. Mobile notaries are ideal for real estate closings, estate plan signings, and urgent documents that need in-person notarization.

We Meet
After the invoice is paid, we send a notary agent to the designated location at the appointed time and have the documents notarized.
Docs Completed
After the notary session is done, you will be able to use the executed document immediately. Sessions typically take less than 25 minutes.
A Remote Online Notary (RON) is a notary who performs notarizations online using secure video conferencing. You meet with the notary virtually, show your ID, and sign the document digitally — all from your phone, tablet, or computer.
It’s fast, legally valid, and convenient for anyone who needs notarization without meeting in person, whether you're at home, traveling, or even overseas.
Book Now
Click the "Book Now" button and pay. Then, we call you so we can briefly confirm your online notary needs.
Send Docs
After the invoice is paid, we wait for you to email scanned copies of the document. Before the appointment, we will send you a link to join the online notary session.
Docs Completed
After the online notary session is done, you will be able to download the executed document immediately. Sessions typically take less than 5 minutes.
An apostille is an official certificate issued by a government that verifies the authenticity of a document so it can be legally recognized in another country. It confirms:
The signature is real
The signer’s position is valid (e.g., notary public, government official)
The seal or stamp is genuine
In the U.S., apostilles are issued by the Secretary of State for documents being used in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
You typically need an apostille for:
Birth, marriage, or death certificates
Diplomas and transcripts
Power of attorney documents
Business and legal agreements
If the receiving country is not part of the Hague Convention, you’ll need a different process called document legalization instead.
